Hi and welcome. I am glad you are here. I’m Michael (he/him), a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Gestalt Therapist (CGT). I offer experiential, relational, and depth-oriented psychotherapy to support you in unfolding a full expression of how you are and how you wish to be in your life. I am currently relocating my therapy practice to Sydney, Australia, and am unable to consider working with new clients until I get established. For individuals
Whether you struggle with depression or anxiety, wish to overcome the consequences of traumatic experiences, or feel stuck in any area of your life, I will meet you wherever you are and together we can move into a fuller and satisfying expression of your own unique life.
For relationships
Our intimate relationships can be a source of great comfort and connection, and they can also be a confounding struggle when we feel missed or when there is emotional pain. By focusing on being heard and listening, to ourselves and our partner(s), I will support your relationship as it grows through both the painful challenges and joyous transformation that are innately part of the relationship journey.
For groups
I currently run a weekly men’s process group for male-identified individuals wishing for emotionally intimate connections with other men.
